We don't just convene—we deliberately nurture relationships between people who haven't worked together before, creating the environment for unexpected breakthroughs and partnerships that strengthen our collective preparedness for what comes next.
For instance, to strengthen organizing practices in the U.S., we convened organizers from diverse backgrounds to assess the state of organizing across the country, identify gaps in our practice, and develop innovative solutions and experiments together.
We also bring together experienced practitioners from base-building, momentum, and mass protest traditions to understand the value and impact of movement upsurges.
